My first camping trip

Daddy and Mommy took me to Guntersville State Park to camp for the weekend. I liked being outside all day. I had lots of fun and I experienced more "first". I seen a lot of new animals and tasted dirt for the first time. Haylee thought that since she was having so much fun playing in the dirt that I should get to play with dirt too. So she put a couple piles of dirt in the tray of my walker. I really like it. I sat really quite playing in the dirt so that no one would know what I was doing. When mommy and daddy found it I had already tried a bite. Not bad.

We also went for a couple strolls in the park at night, looking for deer and other wildlife. We didn't see any deer but I did get to check out ducks, squirrels, ANTS and a crane. We had tons of fun and I am sure that we will be going back soon.

My first fishing trip

This is pictures of my first fishing trip. Daddy was trying to teach me how to fish but I was too interested in all the sounds. I like the sound of the water and the boats taking off. I did get to see a fish that Heather caught, that was really neat.

9 month check up

Today I am 9 months old, and had to go to the doctor for a check up. I am now 15 lbs 15 oz and 26.5 in long. The doctor said that I was looking great. I didn't have to get shots this time but I did have my finger pricked so that they could do a blood count. The doc said it was good too. I don't like having a band aid on my finger. I have tried everything to get it off. I don't have to go back until I am 1 year old..... which is just around the corner. My second tooth has started to come in so I have been a little irritated by it but not to bad. I am learning new things everyday so I will keep you updated on my new adventures. Bye Bye for now!

Sorry Its been so long... I have a lot of new things going on. I have one tooth and starting to talk all the time. I can say DADA ( which was my first word), bye bye, and hi. I am pulling myself up and holding on to what ever I can grab onto to help me stand up. I know how to wash my hands and play peek-a-boo. I love being out side and walking in my walker. But most of all I LOVE FOOD.... any food... what ever someone feeds me I get, well expect for melon. My favorite is oatmeal and sweet potatoes. I will be going back to the Dr. in a few days for my 9 month check up so I'll let you know more then..... LOVE YA!
